Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Shipping

To serve you better, we have overhauled our shipping procedures, effective immediately.  All orders for CD and DVD items will ship on the business day following the date of your order. All orders will ship from the United States.

Pre-Order items (excluding advance digital releases) will now be available exclusively via amazon.com.

In-stock and shipping products will also be available on the dPulse Store. All shipments for orders via the dPulse Store will be via USPS Priority Mail.

An additional handling charge may apply to international orders. Our shipping rates have been adjusted to correspond with current US Priority Mail rates as of May 6, 2010. Any adjustments to shipping rates do not apply to any orders pending or in queue for shipment as of May 6, 2010, but will apply to new orders beginning May 15, 2010.


Store Credits

Customers who have been issued credits in our store may experience issues when paying with PayPal. For your convenience, we are transferring existing store credit balances to electronic coupons valid for any product(s) in the dPulse Store.
