In a career spanning four decades, 4-time GRAMMY winners Petra have seen a long string of radio hits, with over 10 million album sold. Along the way, they forged the way for a generation of faith-based bands like Switchfoot, The Fray, Skillet, Creed and countless others.
Drawing comparisons to Foreigner, Kansas, Journey and REO Speedwagon, Petra emerged in the mid-80s to crossover prominence, becoming the first band in their genre to be inducted into both Hard Rock and the Gospel Music Hall of Fame.
